Important Community Meeting at the Old El Rancho Bar
An important Pojoaque Valley Community meeting will be held on Thursday, August 25th, at 6:30 in the old El Rancho Bar in El Rancho.
Everyone in the community is invited to raise their issues of concern. Santa Fe County Commissioner Danny Mayfield is slated to attend along with representatives of the State Police and other law enforcement agencies.
One of the major issues to be discussed is the Ortiz triple homicide that took the lives of Lloyd, Dixie and Steven Ortiz on June 19. The murders have had the community grieving and alarmed. Theft, speeding, neighborhood watch groups and graffiti are some other issues of community concern.
A full house is expected so arrive early if you want a seat.
